Muguerza comenta a Ferrater que és un honor immerescut que el proposi com a membre de l'"Institut International de Philosophie". Explica que està preparant alguns articles sobre els llibres en que ha estat treballant. Se sent satisfet pel caire que a pres el projecte del nou Diccionari - Enciclopèdia de Ferrater. Comenta que marxa cap a Madrid per formar part d'un tribunal de Tesis. Reprèn el projecte de passar un any als Estats Units ​
