Laguna comenta a Ferrater l'article de N. R. Hanson "The Law of Inertia", pel qual mostra un gran entusiasme, així com el progrés del seu treball sobre les anàlisis existencials dels conceptes d' "home" i "natura". Fa saber a Ferrater que ell i la seva esposa seran a Berkeley fins l'agost i que el Bureau of American Ethnology li publicarà a la seva esposa el primer volum que va escriure sobre els Yakutat. Pel que fa al segon volum, encara està en procés de redacció
