Olaso comenta que li han demanat faci la presentació del "Diccionario" i que escrigui sobre el mateix. Creu interessant remarcar el gènesis de l'obra i per aquest motiu demana permís per publicar alguns fragments de les seves cartes on explica la tasca que va realitzant
